Exciting Upgrades Coming to Endpoints Platform
We are thrilled to announce some exciting upgrades coming to the Endpoints platform this year. Today, we are launching the first step – a new profile experience that will serve as a centralized hub for accessing and managing your account across all Endpoints services. Our aim is to provide you with a smoother experience when it comes to managing your user information, newsletter preferences, and subscriptions.
Let’s delve into the changes:
Creating Your Account
First and foremost, we have introduced a two-step account creation process:
Reader Information: The initial screen will gather essential details such as your email address, full name, company name, job title, and password. This streamlined process ensures a quick and straightforward start with Endpoints News. Upon completion, your account will be created, and you will proceed directly to newsletter selection.
Newsletter Selection: On this screen, you will find a comprehensive list of all our newsletter offerings. Each title is accompanied by a detailed description of its content and publication schedule. You can also preview sample issues of each newsletter to help you select the ones that align with your interests. Simply choose the newsletters you wish to receive, and we will deliver them according to your preferences.
Managing Your Profile
Let’s take a closer look at the profile itself, which consists of four tabs:
Personal: The Personal tab allows you to manage your professional information, including your full name, company, job title, industry, and job function. You can also specify your country and add links to your website, LinkedIn, and Twitter profiles. These details can be updated at any time to keep your profile current.
Delivery: In the Delivery tab, you can manage your contact information and newsletter subscriptions. Here, you can update your primary email address and add a phone number for SMS/text delivery of newsletters. A detailed list of all our newsletter offerings with scheduling information makes it easy to customize the content you receive and how you receive it.
Security: The Security tab enables you to manage your account access settings. You can change your password, enable two-factor authentication for added protection, and view a list of all active sessions across your devices. This feature gives you control over account access by allowing you to terminate individual sessions or log out from all devices at once.
Subscriptions: The Subscriptions tab displays all subscriptions associated with your account, both active and previous. You can manage your current premium subscriptions, view details, and control renewal settings. Your subscription history is also available for reference, providing a complete overview of your relationship with Endpoints.
Logging In
We have made some adjustments to our login process to enhance user experience. You can access your account in a few ways:
If you have a password, simply enter your email and password to log in.
If you haven’t created a password yet, use the “Log in via link” option, which sends a secure access link to your email address.
If you forget your password, you can easily reset it from our reset password page.
