Reasons for the Change
When Endpoints News was founded in 2016 by John Carroll and Arsalan, we initially chose endpts.com as our domain due to various business considerations. Having a dot com domain was crucial for credibility and attracting new subscribers. Additionally, the shorter domain helped drive traffic from social media platforms. However, as our brand has grown over the years, we have decided to transition to endpoints.news to better reflect our identity.
As we celebrate nine years since our launch, we are proud to have established Endpoints News as a leading independent news source, now operating under the global umbrella of the Financial Times. In today’s digital landscape, where reader trust is paramount, we believe that it is time to embrace our full name in our web address.
