The Benefits of Bodyweight Training
I firmly believe in the power of bodyweight training. As I always say, “If you can’t lift and move your own bodyweight, you have no business setting foot in a weight-room.” Building a good physique doesn’t always require fancy equipment or expensive gym memberships. Bodyweight training, a method used by military organizations throughout history, continues to evolve and push the boundaries of what our bodies can achieve.
The Best Workout Routine
At Healthifyme, I have been helping individuals transform their bodies using just bodyweight exercises. My 30-minute freestyle workout includes 100 push-ups, 100 dips, 150 bodyweight lunges, 50 plyometric jumps, and 5 sets of 45-second wall sits. This routine not only helps build muscle but also improves vertical jump, agility, conditioning, and power.

- No Excuses: With bodyweight training, you can work out anywhere, eliminating the excuse of not having time to go to the gym.
