If you’re looking for a quick and easy dessert (or appetizer, if you like to have fun), look no further than this delicious apple dip. Food content creator sarahkrafft shared this dip on social media, and it absolutely took off. It’s essentially a deconstructed caramel apple in dip form, but with a few special add-ins that really elevate the whole experience. The creamy, caramely dip is served with wedged Granny Smith apples to add a bit of tartness and balance to the sweet dip.
Krafft states that her family made her grandma’s “Fall Apple Dip” every single year when she was growing up. “Everyone loves it,” she exclaims. “It’s so easy to make.” You only need seven ingredients to bring this grandma special to life—several of which you will already have if you’re a home baker. But you may want to pick up more anyway, one serving of this delicious dessert won’t be enough!
Why We Love the Viral Apple Brickle Dip Recipe
While Sarah dubs this Fall Apple Dip, we know it as Apple Brickle Dip. Though, as we know, a rose by any other name still smells just as sweet. This no-bake dessert is as easy as apple pie—or in this case, apple dip. It takes less than 5 minutes and is sure to be the hit of any party or gathering this season. Allrecipes Senior Culinary Producer Nicole McLaughlin called it a “15 out of 10” when testing it out.
“It was amazing,” she shared. “All about those crunchy bits! And Granny Smith apples are definitely the way to go—perfect contrast with a little tart to the sweet, rich dip. It reminded me of the pecan pie dip from last year.”
